    The African Matriarchs Initiative for Nurturing and Advocacy (AMINA) is a pan-African initiative committed to empowering African women and honoring the wisdom of matriarchs. AMINA envisions a world where African women lead boldly, nurture communities, and shape lasting change through advocacy, mentorship, and cultural pride.

    AMINA’s work is guided by five core focus areas: Advocacy & Awareness, Mentorship & Intergenerational Leadership, Inclusion & Gender Equality, Nurture & EmpowerHer Programs, and Action for Peace & Conflict Resolution.
