Membership at AMINA is open to individuals and organizations who are committed to the empowerment, advocacy, and nurturing of African women and girls. We welcome members from diverse backgrounds who share our vision of restoring matriarchal leadership, advancing gender equality, and building nurturing communities across Africa and the diaspora.
First Ladies and their executive teams, Ministers, Senators, former First Ladies, as well as the spouses of current and former State Governors, Ministers, and Senators. The Academy also welcomes civil society leaders, healthcare professionals, youth activists, educators, traditional leaders, women in politics, and development practitioners from across Africa and the diaspora.
